Challenge
Our client, one of the largest parking solutions providers in the world had to custom implement a sales platform for every large customer (airports, parking operators, business parks) to fulfil their business needs. There was a huge backlog of customer projects and the field services team was unable to cope up with the demand.
Solution
Cloudloom identified during the initial discussions was that the client was thinking from the perspective of a parking operator and trying to design a platform but getting overwhelmed when each customer was asking for customer centric sales features like reservations, subscriptions, employee parking, city parking and public parking.
We explained the change in perspective required and proposed a customer centric commerce platform tailored for parking. A lot of interesting discovery sessions, discussions with pilot customers and 15 months later came out the sales platform for parking.
